Steamed Pork Ribs with Chopped Pepper

Sliced ginger, mince garlic, chopped green onion, chopped ribs

Marinated ribs.
1. Wash the ribs and soak several times, soak in bleeding water, and put them in a bowl
2. Pour the chopped ginger slices and minced garlic into the ribs
3. Add a spoon of cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, half a spoon of sugar, chives, mix well and marinate for an hour

Cut the yam into pieces and place them flat on a dish. Place the marinated ribs on top of the yam. Spread tempeh and chopped pepper on the ribs.

Steamed. Add water to the pot, put the steamer in the water, put the ribs in the steamer after the water is boiled, and steam over a medium-to-small heat for an hour
