Steamed Pork Ribs with Garlic

Wash the ribs, boil the blood in a pot under cold water, and remove.

Add edible oil, sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, fermented bean curd, cornstarch, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Spread the marinated ribs in a shallow dish, and spread the minced garlic evenly.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and ginger.

Bring water to a boil in a steamer, add the ribs, and steam on medium heat for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.

The fragrant ribs are out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion, OK.
Tips:
1. Choose fat and thin ribs. If you choose lean meat, there is no oil in the meat, and the steamed ribs will be more firewood.
2. All kinds of sauces already contain saltiness, so the amount of salt should be considered as appropriate.
3. The steaming time depends on the size and amount of the ribs. The time is just right for the ribs to be smooth and tender.
