Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Bean Sauce

Prepare the materials and wash the dried lotus leaves.

Finely chop ginger and garlic.

Add sugar, salt, cornstarch, peanut oil and oyster sauce to the ribs according to personal taste.

Mix the seasoning with the ribs and marinate for 15 minutes.

Put the washed lotus leaves and steamer into the pot.
