Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Leaf Potatoes

Wash the ribs.

Add ginger spring onion, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Soak the dried lotus leaves after washing.
4.
Peel the potatoes and cut the hob into the lotus leaves.
5.
Put on the ribs.
6.
Wrap potatoes and ribs with lotus leaves.
7.
Put it in a steamer and steam it (about 1 hour).
8.
Plate.
