Steamed Pork Ribs with Mushrooms

Wash the ribs, cut into small pieces, and soak in clean water for 30 minutes to remove a part of the blood, and rinse off the shiitake mushrooms.

Cut shiitake mushrooms into thin strips, mince ginger and garlic, and cut red pepper into small pieces

Put the minced ginger garlic, red pepper and ribs in the basin

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch

Put in an appropriate amount of bibimbap and mix well

Add shiitake mushrooms and mix well

Cover with plastic wrap and poke a few small holes on it to breathe

Put it in the steamer and steam for 30 minutes
Tips:
The bibimbap sauce is salty enough, no need to add salt, pay attention to the amount when putting light soy sauce.
