Steamed Pork Ribs with Rice Dumplings

Prepare 500 grams of northeastern rice, right amount of star anise

In a non-stick wok, fry the rice in a dry wok until the rice becomes light yellow (the rice and star anise are fry together), and use a cooking machine to beat into a coarse powder.

Tips:
1. It must be steamed in place, the ribs are steamed to make the oil fragrant and delicious.
2. The remaining rice noodles can be put into a clean glass bottle with a lid, and can be taken as needed. You don't need to store it in the refrigerator. It can be stored indoors for more than half a year.
