Steamed Pork Ribs with Sour Plum Noodles and Black Beans

Choose a small row, the ribs are fine, you want small pieces, the less the better. Wash the ribs with boiling water two to three times.

Add soy sauce and sour plums.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Put water in the pressure cooker, press the ribs mode, and steam over water for about 20 minutes.

Tips:
If it is steamed in a pot for about 30 minutes or more, the meat will be a little bit thinner.
