Steamed Pork Ribs with Soy Sauce

Soak the ribs in cold water for half an hour.

Ingredients. Peel and slice potatoes and wash.

Put potatoes in the drawer.

Boil the ribs with a tablespoon of bean paste, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of cooking wine, a few drops of fresh chicken juice, a tablespoon of cooking oil, chives, and ginger, mix well. Marinate for more than half an hour.

Soak the rice noodles and spread them on the potatoes, spreading a little more on both sides.

Mix the pork ribs with steamed meat powder, pour it into a basket, and put some shredded ginger on top. Steam on the pot for 40 minutes to an hour. The pressure cooker is better, and it takes a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped shallots out of the pot and pour some sesame oil.

1. The steamed meat powder you bought is not very strong, so it's better to pickle it. I chose the five-spiced rice noodles. You can choose the spicy ones according to your preference. If you make your own tasteless steamed meat powder, just add salt and seasonings according to the usual amount of grilled ribs.
2. Because the ribs are all lean meat, add some cooking oil when marinating, it will be more fragrant. If it's steamed pork belly, don't want it. Sesame oil is indispensable. It is fragrant and delicious.
