Steamed Pork Ribs with Tempeh
1.
After washing the ribs, soak them in clean water for a while to remove blood; wash and drain the water;
2.
Drain the spare ribs and add half a tablespoon of sugar;
3.
Pour some sesame oil and ginger slices, mix well, and marinate for 3-4 hours;
4.
Take out the marinated ribs, put on the flat tempeh and minced garlic; the tempeh does not need to be chopped, just flatten, otherwise the finished product will not work well;
5.
Add salt, pepper, and rice wine to the ribs, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes;
6.
Add appropriate amount of water to the starch, stir into thick wet starch, put the ribs in, and coat with a layer of wet starch;
7.
After all the wet starch is coated, boil the water in a pot and steam for 30 minutes.
