Steamed Pork with Dried Radish

First take out the dried radishes and soak them in water, and then take them out when they are soaked and unfolded.

Tear the soaked dried radish into strips and place them on a dustpan.

Cut the soaked dried radish into sections and squeeze the excess water out of the dustpan.

Put the squeezed dried radish in a basin and sprinkle the dried sea pepper noodles with appropriate amount of salt. If you like spicy food, you can put more.

Take out the sauced meat.

Cut into slices.

Tips:
When steaming, boil the water on a high fire first and then turn to a low fire.
