I picked a few lotus leaves in Guanhepi last week, and today I made a steamed pork with lotus leaf powder. Let the faint lotus scent bring wisps of fragrance to this hot summer...

Steamed Pork with Lotus Leaf

1. Wash the meat and cut into pieces.

2. Light soy sauce + dark soy sauce + cooking wine + pepper + ginger for seasoning.

3. Mix the rice noodles and large pieces of meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Wrap the meat with lotus leaves.

5. Put it in an electric pressure cooker and press for 20 minutes.

6. After being out of the pot, tear off the lotus leaf and serve.
