Steamed Pork with Plum Dried Vegetables

Wash the dried plums and soak them overnight in advance, remove the excess water, add salt, chicken essence, minced ginger, garlic slices, dried chili froth, and sesame oil and mix well.

Wash pork belly and cut into thick slices.
