Steamed Pork with Potatoes
1.
Cut the potatoes into small lumps, rinse them with water, put an appropriate amount of salt, pick them up and marinate them for later use (do not rinse with water).
2.
Sliced pork belly (the pork belly can be with or without the skin. I personally like it to be fragrant with the skin. If you sell pork, you can burn the pork skin. If you don’t have it, you can bring it home. It’s better to burn the skin in a pot. Mainly Remove the pig hair from the skin), chop the ginger and set aside.
3.
Put the prepared meat and ginger in a spacious container, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to make evenly.
4.
Take a large bowl and lay out the marinated potatoes in advance, as shown in the picture (the potato I sized is fried before, so it doesn’t need to be fried).
5.
Pour the prepared steamed noodles into the meat and grab evenly, add a suitable amount of cooking oil to increase the viscosity, the steamed noodles will not dry, and the meat will be covered with steamed meat (the steamed noodles have five flavors and spicy flavors, choose according to personal taste) .
6.
Put the cooked steamed meat on the surface of the potatoes so that it can be steamed in a steamer for 30 to 40 minutes.
7.
This is after being steamed out of the pot, you can add some chopped green onion or coriander to garnish.
Tips:
Those who have gastrointestinal functions that are not easy to digest eat less, and those who are prone to ache eat potatoes, otherwise they will be easy to bloat.
