Steamed Pork with Salted Egg Yolk

Wash and slice pork belly.

Put pork belly slices into a container, pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, and shallots and marinate for 1 hour. Prepare five-spice rice noodles and salted egg yolk.

Sift the salted egg yolk and mix well with the rice noodles.

Add salted egg yolk, you don't need to add salt when marinating pork belly.
