Steamed Pork with Taro

Put the prepared pork belly in boiling water to blanch it.

Spread the soy sauce on it while it is still hot to color.

Then put it in the hot oil pan, half-fry half-fried, and brown the skin.

Slice the pork belly, add some refined salt, and mix well with black tempeh and set aside.

Peel the taro.

Peel the taro and slice it.

Then buckle the meat slices and fragrant taro slices in a bowl. A piece of taro and a piece of meat, as shown in the picture.

Put it in an electric pressure cooker and keep it under water and high pressure for 20 minutes.
9.
Serve with taro steamed meat.
