Steamed Potato Pork Ribs with Black Soy Pepper
1.
Soak the tempeh in cold water for 3 to 5 minutes, chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and red hot pepper, and mix with all the marinades (cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, starch)
2.
Thoroughly wash the pork ribs with clean water to remove the blood, drain the water, put the ribs in the marinade and marinate for about 1 hour to taste
3.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces and place them on the bottom of the plate
4.
Put the marinated ribs on top of the potatoes and steam on medium heat in a steamer for 30 minutes to 40 minutes (if you like a softer texture, extend the cooking time appropriately)
Tips:
Place the potatoes under the ribs as flat as possible. Don't be too greedy. Stack them too thick, causing the ribs to be cooked and the potatoes are not yet soft.
