Steamed Potatoes with Chopped Pepper

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the potatoes, then put them in a pot and cook until they can be easily pierced with chopsticks. (This step can also be done with a microwave oven to save time.)

Take the potatoes out and let cool, then remove the skins, as shown in the picture.

Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them on the plate, as shown in the picture.

Mince garlic, add to the chopped pepper, mix well, then add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and half a tablespoon of salt to taste. (The chopped pepper has a salty taste, so be careful when adding salt.)

Put the chopped pepper on the potatoes, as shown in the picture.

Put the whole plate of potatoes in a pot of boiling water and steam on high heat for 5 minutes.

After steaming, take it out, then pour a little hot oil on the chopped pepper, and sprinkle a little chopped green onion, then serve. (If you eat during the weight loss period, don't get any more oil.)
