Steamed Prawns with Golden Silver Garlic Vermicelli

1. Wash the shrimp, peel and remove the head and tail.

2. Mung bean vermicelli soaked.

3. Remove the shrimp thread and cut along the back with a knife.

4. Fry half of the garlic cloves in a frying pan until golden and set aside.

5. Spread the prepared shrimp on the soaked mung bean vermicelli.

6. Sprinkle with ginger foam and golden and silver garlic (a combination of raw garlic and fried garlic, commonly known as golden and silver garlic).

7. Add water to the pot, steam for 10 minutes when the water is boiling, pour a little steamed fish soy sauce on top of the pot and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:
