Steamed Pumpkin with Soy Sauce

A section of the pumpkin is peeled.

Cut the pumpkin into small slices of even thickness.

Prepare the mashed garlic, and the oily tempeh.

Add oil to the pan, fry the mashed garlic, tempeh, and a pinch of salt, mix well.

Stir-fried tempeh and garlic are packed in pumpkin.
6.
Boil water in a casserole steamer.
7.
Cover and steam for 10 minutes.
8.
It can be steamed in the cage for 10 minutes at the same time while the soup is stewing.
Tips:
The thickness of the squash cut is evenly small.
