Every autumn I will dry some dried radishes. Last year, I bought 100 catties of large radishes and dried them for 70 catties, but I didn't finish eating them until the beginning of spring. This year I only bought 50 catties and I cut them all and dried them. My son prefers to eat radish and pickles. Although it is pickles, it is not very salty. It is good to have porridge for breakfast, and the steamed ones are softer, suitable for the elderly and children. "
