Steamed Radish and Pickles

This is dried dried radish

Soak dried radishes in water for 10 to 15 minutes

Wash the dried radish after soaking it softly, squeeze out the water and put it into the container

Chopped green onion

Put the chopped green onion into the dried radish

Pour in some soy sauce and mix well

Add an appropriate amount of thirteen incense and mix well

Pour in some oil and mix well

Put water in the steamer and put it in a container to steam

Bring the lid to a high heat and turn to medium heat and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

Tips:
If you like to eat chili, put it freely
After steaming, you can add MSG or chicken essence to taste while it is hot
You can add more salt to the heavy-mouthed ones, mine didn’t add salt, the taste is light
Dried radishes will be soft when steamed for a long time soaking in water, suitable for children to eat, if you like to eat chewy ones, you can shorten the soaking time
