Steamed Rice Noodles with Shrimp and Chives

Ingredients: rice noodles, chives, dried shrimps.

Soak the dried shrimps and drain the water, wash the leek and drain the water and cut into sections.

Put 100 grams of rice roll powder into a container, pour 250 grams of water and stir to form a powder paddle.

Fill the steamer with water and put it on the stove. Bring the water to a boil, take out the steaming pan, brush with a proper amount of vegetable oil, and pour a large spoonful of flour paddle.

Put in an appropriate amount of dried shrimps and push the steaming tray into the steamer to steam.

Pull out the steaming tray after two minutes.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of leeks, then push the steaming tray into the steamer and continue to steam for about one minute.

Adjust the heat to low and pull out of the steaming tray, and you're done. Then use a spatula to scrape it into a plate and drizzle with spicy fresh dew.
Tips:
1. The adjustment of the powder paddle is done according to the manual ratio, which seems not ideal, so you can adjust according to your own feeling.
2. Steamed rice noodles must be fired.
3. They are all easy-to-cook ingredients, so as long as the flour paste is well-cooked.
4. When eating, if there is no spicy fresh dew, you can use chili instead.
