Steamed Roche Shrimp

Cut ginger into strips and mince garlic.

Wash the purchased Roche shrimp, remove the shrimp thread and set aside.

Put the cleaned Roche prawns on a plate, and then put the sliced ginger and garlic rice on top.

Put the plated Roche prawns into the pot, add enough water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium-low heat and steam for 8 minutes until they are fully cooked, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle a handful of chopped green onions after the pan is out.

Sauce: 1 spoon of white vinegar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of extra spicy king.

Sauce: 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of extra spicy king, 1 small chili, a small handful of coriander, chop and stir together.
Tips:
1 When steaming, you don't need to add any seasonings, and you can make a bowl of your favorite sauce when you eat.
