Steamed Salted Fish

Soak the salted fish in water for half an hour and change the water every 15 minutes (the time is determined by the saltiness)

Cut the garlic, chili, coriander, and ginger into slices, pour in the flavour and vinegar
3.
Cut the salted fish into sections and pour in the prepared soup.
4.
Put it in the pot and steam for 15 minutes.
Tips:
Salted fish is already salty, so there is no need to add salt.
