Steamed Salted Fish with Radish

Cut the white radish into pieces.

Cut the green onions into thin sections with a diagonal knife.
3.
Put the radish in the bowl.
4.
On top, cut into pieces of salted fish and chopped green onion.
5.
Drizzle with a tablespoon of peanut oil and steam on high heat for 20 minutes.
6.
It goes well with tortillas.
Tips:
You can add more chopped green onion. If the oil is replaced with lard, it will be even better.
