Steamed Saury with Tempeh Spicy Sauce
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Wash green onions, ginger and coriander, cut and set aside
3.
Remove the internal organs of the saury, wash the head and gills, and use a knife to cut a few knives on both sides of the fish body for easy taste
4.
Put it in the dish: add salt, green onion, ginger and cooking wine and spread well, marinate for about half an hour, and rinse off
5.
Take part of the green onion and ginger and sprinkle on the bottom of the pan
6.
Add the marinated saury, then drip the fish sauce and cooking wine
7.
Add 3 tablespoons of flavored tempeh hot sauce
8.
Sprinkle some green onion and ginger after spreading evenly, put it in the pot, add water and cover
9.
Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes
10.
Heat some hot oil in another pot and pour evenly onto the fish body
11.
In addition, I made a fried saury and sprinkled some chili noodles and cumin powder after it was fried.
12.
Finally add some chopped green onion and coriander to add fragrance
13.
Look: the fish is really tender
Tips:
1. The back of the saury is thicker, so it's easier to pickle and cook with a few cuts to taste better
2. Pickled with green onion, ginger, salt and cooking wine in advance, not only can make the fish have a bottom taste, but also can remove the fishy smell and increase the fragrance
3. The bones of saury are very thin and small, so please remind your family members to be very careful when eating.
