Steamed Scallop Vermicelli

Clean the scallop shells with a brush, because there is no photo taken

Wash the shellfish, soak the vermicelli on top of the scallop shell, put the shellfish on top, and put ginger under the vermicelli to remove the fishy

Stir the chopped ginger and garlic with hot oil in the pan and immediately take it out of the pan and use a spoon on the scallops to drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce.

After the water is boiled, put the bowl on top and steam, and it will take about 8-10 minutes to get out of the pot! It tastes so fresh!
