Steamed Scallops with Chopped Pepper
                            
                                1.
                                Raise scallops in clean water for one night, wash the mud and sand and brush the shells;

                                Peel the scallops, remove the internal organs, wash them, leave the meat on half of the shell, and remove the other half;

                                Prepare to chop chili, mince garlic, mince ginger, and chop green onions;

                                Put the scallops on the plate, then add garlic, ginger, chopped pepper, salt, olive oil and steamed soy sauce;

                                Boil the water, put it in a steamer, and steam for 15 minutes;

                                Tips: 
                                1. Chopped pepper and steamed tempeh soy sauce all have salt, so add less salt;
 2. Scallops should be kept in clean water for a night to be relatively clean;
 3. The size of the fire is different from the pot, and the cooking time is slightly different.
