Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Chopped Pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients and wash the scallops.

2. Add garlic paste on the scallops.

3. Then add chopped peppers.

4. Lee Kum Kee Steamed Fish Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons, rice wine 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon pepper oil, a few drops of white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon, and a few drops of Mega Fresh, mixed into a sauce.

5. Drizzle the sauce on the scallops. Put it in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

6. After the steaming is complete, heat the oil in another pot and pour hot oil on it.

Tips:

Fresh scallops are best.
