I went shopping today and saw chilled scallops for sale, so I bought a few and made them into the most classic steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli. They are really delicious! "

Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

1. The vermicelli is soaked in cold water in advance to soften.

2. Clean the scallops and remove the meat with a knife.

3. Wash and mince garlic.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, pour in the garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.

5. Add 3 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce.

6. 2 tablespoons of water, stir well and turn off the heat.

7. Put an appropriate amount of vermicelli on the scallop shell, and then put the scallop meat.

8. Pour an appropriate amount of minced garlic and add a little red chopped pepper to garnish.

9. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, put in the scallops and steam for about 8 minutes.

Tips:

I soaked the fans in cold water, so I added a lot of soup. The steamed fans just absorbed the soup. If you use warm water, remember to add a tablespoon less steamed fish soy sauce and water when sautéing garlic.
