Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

The scallops are cleaned and marinated in cooking wine for a while, and the vermicelli is soaked in advance to soften

After the scallop shells are cleaned with a toothbrush, put an appropriate amount of fans in the shell

Put the scallop meat

Put the prepared scallops in a steaming dish

Fill the water tank with pure water and put it back on the machine

Put the steaming tray on the bottom of the machine, use the knob to select the original steam for 14 minutes, I actually used 12 minutes

Take out the steamed scallops and put them on a plate, sprinkle with chopped carrots and chopped green onions

Heat an appropriate amount of salad oil and pour it on the chopped green onion.
Tips:
I started to set the time 14 minutes by referring to the manual, and when I opened it at 12 minutes, I felt familiar! End the program early!
