Steamed Scallops with Vermicelli

The fans soaked softly.

Soak in boiling water for 2 minutes. (Because the steaming time is short, first boil the half-cooked with boiling water to ensure that it is fully cooked when steaming.)

Drain and put on a saucer.

Mince garlic.

Heat the oil pan to explode the aroma of the minced garlic.

Turn off the heat, add salt and chopped green onion and mix well.

Take 1/3 on the vermicelli and mix well with the soy sauce.

Frozen vermicelli scallops. Because children like to eat fans, I put some fans to steam together.

You don't need to defrost, just take it out and steam it.

Arrange the vermicelli scallops on top of the self-added vermicelli, and top with chopped garlic and green onion.

Bring water to a boil, put the scallops in, and steam for 5 minutes on high heat.

You can eat it right out of the pot.
