Steamed Sea Bass

Wash the fish with sour greens and sour peppers and set aside.

Spread the spicy sauce on the fish evenly, then cut the sour greens into strips, and cut the sour chili into short sections and place them evenly on the fish.

Put the marinated fish in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.
4.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion from the pot and serve.
