Today I introduced a very classic steamed fish. I learned how to steam all marine and freshwater fish. I go to buy some uncommon fish. I often hear people say that they don’t know how to make it. In my eyes, all fish can be eaten so steamed, tender and fresh. The easiest way to taste the most original and delicious~ ~

Sea bass is rich in protein, vitamin A, B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium and other nutrients. Because fish meal is added to the feed of carnivorous river fish, DHA can also be obtained from river fish such as sea bass, mandarin fish, and catfish. There are even literature measurement data that show that the DHA content of sea bass can be comparable to salmon. "

Ingredients

Steamed Sea Bass

1. Ingredients: sea bass, a lemon, 3 slices of ginger, 3 slices. Cooking method: steaming. Reference age: 7M+ operation time: 5 minutes.

2. Wash the sea bass, squeeze the lemon juice on the front, back, and belly, and marinate for 20 minutes to remove fishy. Lemon zest and ginger shreds are placed on the belly, surface, and under the fish. After the water is boiled, steam for 7 minutes in the pot, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. The tender sea bass is out of the pot. Before eating, the baby will squeeze it with his hands to make sure there is no thorn. The spines of the sea bass are still well removed.

4. If you want to make a final sauce: Pour the steamed soup from the plate into another small bowl and set aside. Pour the steamed fish soy sauce evenly on the surface of the fish. Then pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pot without too much. After it is heated, it will make a sizzling sound when it splashes on the fish. For more flavor, pour the juice from the plate into the small bowl in front again, then stir all the juice in the small bowl and pour it back on the fish.

5. Tips: 1. If there is no lemon juice, change the cooking wine, but there is no lemon zest and steamed together. The fragrance of lemon will stay in the fish, leaving the fragrance in the mouth~2. I basically steamed the fish for so long. Normally it is about 1 catty. If it takes longer to add 1-2 minutes to keep the fish fresh and tender, time is important! Remember to use a timer! An extra 2-3 minutes will make the fish grow old and dry.

It's so simple, it's clear in 2 steps, haha.
Steaming with lemon is the original creation of Pomelo Mom. I also steamed the lemons together by accident, and found a lot of lemon scent. The whole family thought it was good, and then I liked the steaming.
This is the most original way to eat. Usually when marinating, I will rub a thin layer of salt on the surface of the fish and marinate it together.
