Steamed Sea Bass

Wash the ingredients and cut the ginger shreds and shred the green onions by hand.

Wash the fish, dry the water, put some salt on the surface of the fish, and sprinkle with ginger. You can also put some cold water in the belly of the fish and steam it on high heat for 7 minutes.

Steam the fish, sprinkle with shredded green onions (you can also add some millet peppers if you are spicy), pour in the steamed fish drum oil according to personal taste. If it is for a baby to eat, it is very salty if you don’t have one at home. Steamed fish drum oil and light soy sauce are also okay. Heat the oil and scorch it to the shredded green onions, and it’s ok.
Tips:
The fish must not be steamed for longer than the time, otherwise it will not be delicious when it gets old.
