Steamed Sea Bass

A fresh sea bass, bought in the market, has been slaughtered.

Remove the head and tail of the bass, cut the body part into small pieces, and don't cut off the belly.

Add green onion and ginger, salt the fish and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Then put it on a plate, add water to a boil in a steamer, and steam for 12 minutes on high heat.
5.
Put the decorations on the plate, drizzle with light soy sauce, heat oil in a pan, and pour it on the fish.
