Steamed Sea Bass

Remove the scales and wash the perch. Cut a knife on each side of the back of the fish and a few cuts on the fish.

Add green onion, sliced ginger, pour a little cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put the steamer on high heat and steam for 10 minutes.

Pour the soup from the steamed sea bass, and sprinkle some green onion ginger on the fish.

Drizzle with a spoonful of hot oil.

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce.
