Steamed Sea Bass with Vegetables

After washing the sea bass, use yellow wine on each side and marinate with ginger for 15 minutes (alarm clock). During the marinating process, cut four slices of carrots and emboss them with an abrasive tool. Place them in a pot of boiling water and cook for about three minutes. Go in for a whole okra, blanch it, and pick it up at the same time in about a minute

Place the carrots on top of the marinated fish and drizzle with a spoonful of cooked oil

Steam on the pot for 10 minutes, then put the okra slices in, steam for 1-2 minutes, and pour an appropriate amount of fish soy sauce when the lid is lifted.
