Steamed Sea Fish with Garlic Black Tempeh

Wash the sea fish and put it on the plate.

Spread the garlic, ginger, and tempeh on the fish.

Sprinkle with a little pepper and a little salt.

Put it in a pot and steam over high heat for six minutes.

Open the lid and sprinkle the chopped green onion on the fish. Cover the lid and turn off the heat. After simmering for about two minutes, open the lid and drizzle with a little sesame oil. Take out the plate and serve.
