Steamed Sea Fresh

Remove the scales and viscera of yellow croaker.

Make a few knives on each side of the fish body.
3.
Sprinkle some green onion and ginger on the fish and put it in the steamer.

Steam on cold water for 10 minutes.
5.
Take out the steamed fish, pour the soup, add onion, ginger, red pepper and coriander.
6.
Heat the peanut oil in the spoon.
7.
Pour it on the fish.
8.
Just drizzle with Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce.
Tips:
The steaming time depends on the size of the fish.
Don't add MSG.
