Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

The prawns should be larger. Remove the shells and the prawns. Cut away from the back but do not cut off. Add a little salt and pepper to marinate for about 10 minutes.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water and cut it for later use. Grind a whole head of garlic into minced garlic.

Put butter in the pan and let it melt completely.

Tips:
