Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli with water to soften

Remove the shrimp head and the shrimp line

Cut the back of the shrimp, cut a few times in the direction shown in the picture, don't cut it. (To prevent the shrimp from bending and deforming when steaming)

Cut out the minced garlic

Deep fried into light golden yellow

Fried garlic, put in flavored soy sauce, a small amount of salt

Spread the soaked vermicelli in a flat plate

The processed shrimp is placed on top of the vermicelli

If you want the garlic to be rich, you can also add raw garlic to the fried garlic juice and pour it into the plate and steam it. Or save half of it and steam it before topping.

Pour the garlic juice and steam on high heat in a steamer for 5-8 minutes.
