Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

Remove the shrimp head and open the back to remove the shrimp thread.

Make a cut with a knife in the middle of the back of the shrimp and pass the tail through so that the shrimp can stand up.

The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water in advance to soften.

Wrap the vermicelli around the shrimp in a loop.

Put it on the plate.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, pour in the minced garlic and millet and stir fry until fragrant.

Tips:
To make the shrimp stand up, don't be too troublesome to wear shrimp tails in the early stage; soak the fans in advance, and decide how many fans to wrap around according to the size of the shrimp; do not steam too long, the shrimp will be fully cooked in about 7 minutes.
