Just listen to the name and I really want to eat it, especially for those who like the strong garlic flavor, it is almost irresistible, the fragrance is delicious, both fragrant and enjoyable, and the method is super simple.

Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Remove the shrimp head and open the back to remove the shrimp thread.

2. Make a cut with a knife in the middle of the back of the shrimp and pass the tail through so that the shrimp can stand up.

3. The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water in advance to soften.

4. Wrap the vermicelli around the shrimp in a loop.

5. Put it on the plate.

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, pour in the minced garlic and millet and stir fry until fragrant.

7. Add a teaspoon of white sugar, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce to enhance the flavor and freshness, stir well and serve.

8. Spread the minced garlic on the shrimp vermicelli. You can put a circle of steamed fish soy sauce here, or leave it alone.

9. After the water is boiled, put it in a steamer and steam for about seven minutes.

10. Fragrant and enjoyable.

Tips:

To make the shrimp stand up, don't be too troublesome to wear shrimp tails in the early stage; soak the fans in advance, and decide how many fans to wrap around according to the size of the shrimp; do not steam too long, the shrimp will be fully cooked in about 7 minutes.
