Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli (quick Hand Dish)

1. Mince garlic, soak the vermicelli in hot water to soften, wash the shrimp

2. Cut the vermicelli with scissors, spread it on the bottom of the plate, and arrange the washed shrimp on top

3. Put oil in the pot, add the minced garlic, fry until it turns yellow, turn off the heat and put the sugar and soy sauce

4. Spread the prepared stir-fried garlic and hot oil on the shrimp and steam for 8 minutes on high heat.

5. It's done!
