Steamed Shrimp with Japanese Tofu

Wash the shrimps and marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Cut thick slices of Japanese tofu, and chopped green onions.

Add starch to water and mix thoroughly.

Put the prawns on the cut tofu, pour two tablespoons of light soy sauce and steam it in the pot. After the water boils, continue to steam for five minutes.

Take out the steamed shrimps, pour the steamed water from the plate into the pot, add the water starch to boil, then pour it back into the shrimp plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. If using fresh shrimp, take out the shrimp head and shell, and pick out the shrimp thread.
2. The Japanese tofu is very smooth and tender, and the action should be light when taking it.
