Steamed Shrimp with Soft Tofu

Wash the soft tofu, cut into pieces, and place on a plate. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Place them on top of the soft tofu and set aside.

The shrimps are peeled and placed on top of the carrots.

Bring to a high heat, put it in a steamer, steam for 5 minutes, take out the cornstarch, add a little salt, a little warm water, and a little light soy sauce into the pot to boil for a few seconds to thicken the paste and set aside.

Pour the cornstarch paste onto the tofu and garnish with cooked peas.
