Steamed Silver Carp with Chopped Peppers
1.
Prepare a fresh silver carp, remove the internal organs, gills and black film, and clean it.
2.
Prepare the right amount of ginger, garlic, and chives.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, add garlic, ginger and chopped pepper until fragrant. (I forgot to take photos of the cut garlic and ginger)
4.
Pour in a little soy sauce, stir fry, and turn off the heat.
5.
Pour the fried seasoning on the fish and evenly drizzle the steamed fish soy sauce. Put it in the steamer. (Fry the ingredients here, then steam the fish, the fish will be more delicious when steamed)
6.
Cover the pot and steam for about 15 minutes.
7.
Put a little peanut oil in the wok, pour the steamed fish soup into the wok and fry. Taste the flavor of the soup, and if it feels weak, add a small amount of salt and chicken essence.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on the fish and pour the soup over it.
9.
Finished product.
Tips:
Chopped peppers, steamed fish soy sauce, light soy sauce, and chicken essence all contain salt. For the delicious taste of silver carp, there is no need to put too much salt.
