Add an appropriate amount of flour and mix well, (it is best to coat each shredded radish with a thin layer of flour)

After the water in the steamer boils, add the mixed shredded radish and steam for 5-6 minutes.

Tips:
1. After the radish is shredded, it is best to put a little salt to kill the moisture in the radish, so as to avoid the steamed radish sticks together.
2. When eating the shredded radish after cooling, adjust a bowl of garlic juice (garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in advance, pour it on and mix well according to personal taste.
