Steamed Soba Dumplings

Soba noodles are blanched with hot water at about 80°C to form a soft dough

Chop beef into stuffing, add green onion, ginger and seasonings, stir well, marinate for flavor

Rub the white radish into filaments, add a proper amount of salt to get the moisture
4.
Squeeze the white radish water into the meat filling, stir well
5.
Make dumplings, steam for 15 minutes on the pot, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Gelinuoer, high-altitude cereals are light and healthy!
Tips:
1. Be sure to use hot water to blanch the noodles
2. The noodles can't be hard
