Steamed Taro with Chopped Pepper and Minced Pork

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the taro, wash, and cut into thick slices; add salt, starch, and egg white to the minced meat and mix well; put the taro in a bowl.

Place the minced meat on the taro.

Drizzle the chopped pepper on top of the minced meat.

Put it in the pot and steam for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. Chopped pepper is very salty, no need to add salt.
2. Taro is suitable for people who are weak.
