Steamed Tender Eggs with Shrimp

The shrimp is headed, peeled, and the intestines are removed or the shrimp can be used directly. Put a little salt and marinate with a spoonful of cooking wine for a few minutes.

Add double the amount of water to the egg mixture and beat it with chopsticks again.

The egg liquid water does not have bubbles until the steamed egg is delicate. Cover with plastic wrap.

Boil the water and put it in the steamer. When the water is boiled, turn to low heat and steam for 8 minutes.
